Product
Prints are on heavyweight, non-glare paper with archival inks.
Prints ship in compostable plant-based PLA sleeves with backboards.
Greeting Cards are printed on FSC-certified eco-friendly paper paired with a recycled kraft brown envelope.
For greeting cards, please note when ordering if you prefer with or without compostable plant-based PLA sleeves.

Shipping and Lead Time
Retail
All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and 5-7 business days for shipping.
If you need your order sooner, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We offer free shipping on orders within Canada and the US.
For international orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Wholesale
Please allow 10 - 14 business days lead time once the order is placed and 5-7 business days for shipping.
Wholesale orders ship worldwide from Canada. The shipping cost will be added to your invoice.
For both retail and wholesale, if you’re in Halifax, I can also offer pick-up, drop-off or courier services.
Payment
Once your order has been submitted, an invoice will be emailed to you with the payment due in full upon receipt, or 30 days for established accounts. Payment can be made online via credit card or e-transfer.
We accept payment via PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express. We also accept payment via e-transfer. Please contact us for further details.
Returns
If the product arrives in a damaged condition, we will replace it for you free of charge or issue a refund.
Please email akdoak@seeingstars.ca with a photo of the damaged goods and we will replace them as soon as we can upon inventory availability.
For returns due to any other reason, please initiate the return within 14 days from receiving the product. However, the original order shipping cost will be non-refundable.

Can you send an order as a gift?
Many of our customers order our products as presents for their friends and family. To do so, simply leave a note during checkout with:
1) Recipient name
2) Sender name
3) Sender message (optional)
